What fun I had photographing little ballerinas at Barnes Chapel in Bristol, CT. I had so much interest that I was unable to photograph everyone! Showing how much you care

Every parent should read this...This is exactly what I remember as a child growing up! My parnets had a family portrait hanging in their bedroom. I went in there often just to look at it. It made me smile everyday! It really did make me feel good about my place in the family. I was the second child. There were many photos of my older sister and very few of me but I was thankful for that family portrait with me in it! Please parents: do not stop having professional portraits taken after your first born. Every child of yours needs to feel equally as special to you!!

Tuesday, May 5th, I will display my portraiture at Lord & Taylor at Westfarms Mall in the children's department for their Benefit Bash. I will be donating $100 gift cards to everyone who makes a baby or children's clothing purchase of $75 or more. I will scope out my favorite clothing for your future portraits so just come and ask!! Rocky Neck & Old Saybrook beach portraits-now booking

Vermont Photographers convention was a blast

Jeff and I went to Vermont Professional Photography convention last week. It was such a great time and beautiful scenery as you could see! It just won an award at CT Professional Photography...1st competition of the year!

I was recently awarded the Master's of Photography Degree in Phoenix, AZ by PPA president Dennis Craft. My husband, Jeff, was my sponsor. It was a great 5 days away, a much needed convention/vacation!

Kodak Gallery Award for portraiture to Ann Dyer!

Ann won a Kodak Gallery Award as well as a Judge's Award at her state convention in Cromwell, CT for this image of Michaela, a baby that resides in Southington. The judges commented how artful this portrait was and how happy the family must have been to have it on their walls!
